Mr. Zhi Liang 梁智

Zhi Liang is a Chinese-American politician and businessman who has served as a councilman of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

Being the first Chinese-American elected to the council, Liang hopes to be an independent voice for local taxpayers, make the government more accessible to residents, and see better communication between the council and school board during his term.
